Chai and Gap Shup Groups (CGSG)

Two Groups Available:

  • CGSG Glasgow West End
  • CGSG Bishopbriggs

About: Over 60's groups meeting once a week for tea/coffee and general chat. Members organize and go on one-day trips to Scottish cities and places of interest.

Past Trips: Various Scottish cities and attractions

Future Destinations: Stirling, Perth, Orkney, Speyside, Ayr, and Largs

Sahaara Pathways provides targeted support to local community groups in several key areas:

  • Registering Support Groups as Charities with OSCR: Guidance on application process and necessary documentation
  • Assistance with Grant Applications: Help identifying funding opportunities and navigating application requirements
  • Governance and Budgeting Support: Advice on developing financial practices and organizational oversight
